Not-so-small update! Stuff on the way!

Yes, I live! I apologize for being dead for the past few days (or, errrmmmm weeks? Yikes, I just can't keep track these days. D: ) My creative drive has been just that: dead as a door nail. Every now and then, though, I've had a spark of inspiration, or a small idea, but nothing too.... world changing, if you know what I mean. Anywho, I'm BACK and ready to share some news with you! This is quite exciting indeed! <33

Firstly, on the art and story spectrum! I've been working on both World Jumpers and Falling Fates for the time that I've been away, and my have I hit some breakthroughs.

-[|FALLING FATES|]-

Thanks to FayeleneFyre lending me a helpful hand in fleshing out some plot, I've concluded that there will be three story arcs for Falling Fates. Yes, three. Not nearly long as World Jumpers, heavens no! But still full of plot things, and, ehem, hints and tidbits tying to World Jumpers. Anywho, that's not important... -ish? I have also decided that Falling Fates will be a novel series, since my arm can't take all of that drawing. However, there will be a few drawings every here and there in the chapters! Each chapter will have its own cover art (or rather teasing thumbnail), inspired by what Faye does with her series. So yay! Fantasy series with pictures and action and stuff! It's all fan work, so it won't have top priority. I will, however, get to stretch my writing skills. Say, I may even get back to that old story of mine, Wolves & Roses! Heaven knows that it needs a total re-write. I've been wanting to re-imagine that story too... see what feels I can put into it that will tear your heart out.

Speaking of fan work...  I'm helping FayeleneFyre with a little comic series of her own. No details yet, but I will tell you that it is a collaborative story that focuses on her characters. I will do side arcs with my characters on my own time. If you want to know more about her characters, head to her side of the tale! Wanna know more about mine? Sit back here and I'll lay out the cheese. Just so you know, my side arcs will focus on my characters' backstories. So current endeavors are on Faye's side. ;D And yes, it's to tempt you into beating the crap out of that watch button on her profile. Do it. That button deserves a good beating.

-[|WORLD JUMPERS|]-

World Jumpers has been making some fair headway, actually! Taking a break from it was just what I needed. And yes, you know what that means....
Design updates.............. again. Don't worry, I already have some tables set up for you to flip. They have fine china on them too, so please pick one that suits your aggressive fancy!
[Jokes aside] This time is different, however. I'm actually satisfied. Satisfied with these designs. If you haven't followed me for long, I'll have you know that I've never been truly happy with the team's designs, save for what.... two characters? There are five members to the World Jumpers team, and only two of them have remained truly consistent since their addition. Hmm? What's that? You've only known for there to be four World Jumpers? Huzzah! I have added a new recruit to the roster, but you shall not know who they are. Ahahaha! What's the fun in reading a story without the mystery, eh? Anywho, I've really been working hard on the first season of it, and I'm happy to say that it's nearly complete! I nearly have the whole season fleshed out storywise! Y'know what that means, fellas? It means that the first season will be sketched soon! Yes, finally! I may actually have a 2016 release for the series! At least for the first volume of it, ehehehe. Expect about 15 to 20 episodes (or issues in comic speak) for this first season. As for the format of which I'll post these.... it will not be traditional page-by-page. You get the whole lot in one post! But this will also mean that episode postings will be spaced out by a weekly, or every-other-week schedule. I intend to start posting these in the summer when you kiddos enslaved by the school system are free of your binding chains for a while. C:


WJ fans, get pumped up, because I have some new drawings in the works that will get you excited! I have a painting on the way, and you guys are gonna love it! I hope. <3

I'm prepping to one-up this beauty. While I'm still proud as can be with this piece, it's time for me to up my game, yeah? Eheeeeeeee! Well, it's proving a challenge as always. X'D I'm adding a ton of details and things, using the tools I have to the best of my current ability. I'm styling this new painting after The Traveler, so there will be a somewhat similar concept to it. You'll be seeing this type of landscape often in World Jumpers, along with another place.... which I actually haven't publicly shown before. Wow, all these years of having this one place, and not once have I shown it. XD Anywho, these landscapes hold significance to my series. But what makes them so special? Now there's a mystery you'll find out sooner or later.... *le hint*


Annnnnywho, on the non-fictional side of things, life has been pretty tame for me. Man, August was both a tense, yet relieving month for me... because I didn't have to go back to, well, educational hell, as I'd put it. School, peeps. I didn't have to, and I chose not to. As a result, though, I need to do other things to spruce up my life. Which also means that I need to get a job sometime soon. I've got a sweet opportunity at a place I've grown up in, so I'm going to take advantage of it! The best part, though, is that I have to study for it.
What? Study? Did you not just say that you hated education?
No no, dummy text, school was the thing I didn't like. The learning new things part, though, I do. What makes this wonderful in my eyes is that I'm learning new software that not only could I apply to official work, but also my personal work. Like animations, possible World Jumpers animated shorts, and even a 2D animated film I've had in mind since the beginning of this year.


Downside is that I'd probably be just as dead as I was before.... if not less, actually. Well...... I actually may be more active regardless of the job, so who knows! It's exciting, terrifying, new, and different. I'll be getting moolah to spoil my friends with--- I mean wat. Anywho, my life is going to get busy someday soon. In the meantime, I'm just casually homeschooling myself while being a helpless gaming dork and Fairy Tail weeb. C: Oh yes, and one more thing....


I have accumulated a strong fondness for Steven Universe over the summer and fall(?). That show is too adorable, too home-hitting for me. And Peridot, why are you such a massive dork? This cast is too well done for me! Props to Rebecca Sugar! I'm officially impressed by her work. And that's hard to do.


Summary:
-Tessa Wind, ergo me, is still a living, breathing individual. Yes. It is a fact.
-Falling Fates just got longer. Bye hands! But wait! It's a book! Oh never mind, hands, I'll kill you with World Jumpers instead.
-World Jumpers is back on track for a Summer 2016 release. Cannot guarantee, but I'm sure as heck that I'll sketch it all out by then.
-I'm drawing a thing. It's a pretty thing. Lots of colors, yes. Oh, and there's art that I'll post after that is done and submitted. Lots of WJ love, as well as Falling Fates doodles over at BlazingStarOfTime (Pssst-- reminder. All of my fan work goes there.) I may draw many things later. In fact I will because that's what I do in my droll existence.
-What's this? I'm getting a life? Absurd! I may be employed someday soon, but my time online may not be... altered? Updates will follow when things are solid.
-I like a show and veedeeoh gurms. Yush.
